Our goal is to bring residential compounds, apartment buildings, property-management companies, dealer networks, rentals and shopping malls together under one transparent, intelligent roof.
Why Çözüm Hanem?
Building management means juggling dozens of disconnected tasks at once — from maintenance fees to collections, meters to budgets, communication to security. Most managers try to hold it all together with scattered spreadsheets, group chats and ledgers.
We built something different: one platform, four layers (Dealer → Compound → Building → Unit) and a setup that simplifies for every customer type. From a small apartment building to a multi-branch property-management company, everyone sees only the modules they need.
On top of that, we added smart building services: everything from calling the elevator to fire alarms connects to the same app. The result: transparent accounting, happy residents and managers who stay in control.

Your maintenance fee goes directly to your management's account
Residents pay their maintenance fees and shared expenses through Çözüm Hanem by credit or debit card. Payments are processed via the iyzico Ödeme Hizmetleri A.Ş. infrastructure, licensed by the Central Bank of the Republic of Türkiye, and because each management is registered as a separate sub-merchant with the payment institution, the amount is transferred directly to the relevant management's bank account.
Card details are entered on iyzico's secure payment page; Çözüm Hanem does not store card numbers. The payment is posted to the debt record instantly and the receipt lands in the resident's account.
