Become a dealer,
build your territory's property management network
A ready-made product, a proven infrastructure and a technical team behind you. You focus on winning over the compounds in your region; leave the software, updates, bank integration and support to us.
WHAT DOES A DEALERSHIP BRING?
Recurring subscription revenue
Every compound you win turns into monthly revenue; we agree on the revenue-share terms together in the initial call.
Priority in your region
Incoming leads in your assigned territory are routed to you. The territory coverage is defined in the contract.
Zero software cost
Development, hosting, updates and integrations are not your burden. The product is ready to go.
A system built for dealer networks
At Çözüm Hanem, the dealer network isn't a bolt-on feature; head office, branch and compound layers are built into the product's architecture.
Separate ledger per branch
Each branch operates in isolation with its own cash desk, bank account and accounting. Clear settlement is made between head office and branch.
Türkiye dealer map
Head office tracks the whole network geographically; portfolio, collections and overdue receivables are compared side by side across branches.
Bank integration ready
Bank transactions post automatically and collections match against debts. The dealer doesn't need to set up a separate agreement.
Training and setup support
We train your team on the product and support you through the transfer of units, residents and opening balances for your first compounds.
Permissions and data isolation
Each branch sees only its own scope. With role sets, you decide which screen your staff can open.
Three mobile apps
Manager, resident and field apps are ready. In every compound you sell, residents can transact from their phone from day one.
Who can become a reseller partner?
You don't need to be a developer. Any team with local connections and field strength can set this up.
Building & property-management companies
Accounting & tax advisory firms
Real estate & property offices
Security & cleaning service companies

Frequently asked questions
We clarify the details of commercial terms during the initial call.
Is there a dealership fee?
We don't share commercial terms such as the entry fee and annual contribution on the web; we discuss them face to face in an initial call after you apply.
How does the revenue model work?
You earn a share of the subscription revenue from the compounds you win; we set the share rate together in the initial call. If you provide the management service yourself, you collect the service fee directly.
Do you offer territory exclusivity?
Territory coverage and exclusivity terms are defined in the contract; depending on your portfolio target, you can operate at province or district level.
Who provides technical support?
We handle development, hosting, updates and integrations. You stay in the field; our team has your back for second-level support.
Can I migrate my existing customers' data?
Yes. Units, residents, opening balances and meter data can be imported in bulk via Excel; we handle the import together for your first compounds.
I don't know anything about software — can I still do this?
Sure. What we're looking for isn't technical expertise — it's field strength and customer relationships in your region. Product training, sales materials and technical support come from us.
