Do residents pay a separate fee?
No. When your compound uses Çözüm Hanem, the Resident app is free for all residents.
Is smart building hardware required?
No. You can start with the accounting and communication modules and add smart building services whenever you like.
Isn't that overkill for a single compound?
No. Only the modules you need are enabled for your setup; large-scale modules such as dealer and franchise stay hidden in your panel.
How do I sign up?
Residential compounds with up to 500 units can open an account right away on the Get Started page and begin immediately by paying by card, with no need to wait for a quote. Larger or multi-site properties can request a tailored quote via the sign-up page or the contact form. Resident and staff accounts are set up by the management team.
Do you have a mobile app?
Yes. We offer separate mobile apps for managers, residents and field staff.
How is pricing determined?
Pricing depends on the setup, modules and scale you choose. Just fill in the contact form for a personalised demo and quote.
